Details for Daily Rounds sheet with need for Lines

Here is a copy of our SIMPLE checklist, ussed every morning in rounds to review key patient topics (Necessity for lines, enteral feeeds, daily extubation readiness test, lab schedule etc). The Fellow is responsible for reviewing it on rounds and filling it in. The review of SIMPLE is a quality marker for the Attending of service. Let me know if you have any questions.
